Looking north across Knucklas / Cnuclas village from a train crossing the impressive viaduct over the Heyop valley. The village here is in Wales, but the hills in the background are on the far side of the River Teme and are in England, with Offa's Dyke Path running along the top of the ridge. 19 March 2011.
It is lovely part of the country, and not exactly overrun with visitors. The viaduct from which this view was taken is on the superbly scenic line from Shrewsbury to Llanelli, sometimes known as 'the line that time forgot' as so much is as it was when the line was completed in 1868.
