A visit to Stansted/Southend or Manston in the 1980/90's never failed to deliver a 707 or DC-8 undergoing maintenenace and refurb for a new operator. Some operators never made it and I suspect Intercontinental is such an airline. I am not even sure what country they were operating from. Built in 1960 this frame first operated for Air France F-BHSN. Eventually in 1981 it reappeared as 120 EC707 Elint Heyl Ha'avir - Israel Defence Force / Air Force.
