Atlas, king of Atlantis, was punished by Zeus for fighting the gods and wanting to storm the sky. He had to carry the vault of heaven on his shoulders as punishment. Now Herakles (Hercules) comes into the game as the son of Zeus: He had to solve several tasks. In short, the atlas helped with the task of stealing a golden apple. In return, Heracles relieved him of the burden on his shoulders. Then Heracles dumped the earth back onto Atlas' shoulders with a trick and Heracles ran away with the golden apple. Gone stupid! What can we learn from this for today?
