Taken from the bluffs above Moonstone Beach North, just north of Cambria, Calif.
Afternoon walk between rain showers, and heavy rain falling now overnight. We can use it! February was bone-dry.
Amazing amounts of sand washed in during the recent storms. We hadn't been down to this beach for awhile, as the access stairway was mostly washed out in the epic foot-plus rainstorms of last December. Partially fixed now, and useable, with caution.
