Wow. I got to 10 PM and realized I hadn't taken a single photo today. Oops! I spent the better part of this evening playing around with XCode and Cocoa. I have a few ideas floating around that I want to implement. Learning how to code in Objective-C with Cocoa is a prerequisite for that, however, and parsing various flavors of XML is a must.
The program running on my laptop is the AmaZone program from the end of Cocoa® Programming. It uses Amazon's book search API, parses the results, and displays them. For added measure, it even allows you to double-click on the titles to open up the Amazon page for the found books.
I'm searching for "Pragmatic Git", and guess what, it found my books! Yes, two of them. Apparently some third-party seller entered my book with a different ASIN and my name as "Travis (Author) Swicegood", so it shows up twice.
